The Shaver Theatre is housed in the Music & Dramatic Arts Building, which is located across from the School of Music Building on Dalrymple Drive. This facility plays host to many of the LSU Theatre performances and seats 350 people. LSU Opera also performs here.

The building, including the Shaver Theatre, will undergo a renovation within the next several months, thereby limiting the number of performances held there.
